This month we are proud to be celebrating 11 years of the Which? Trusted Trader endorsement scheme, which officially launched in 2013.
When Which? first invited 18 businesses to trial the scheme’s rigorous assessment process, it set a new benchmark for recognising reliable and trustworthy companies. In 2014, the scheme expanded to allow more businesses to apply for Trusted Trader status. As a company committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service, we jumped at the opportunity to take part – and we are proud to have been approved as a Which? Trusted Trader in September 2014.
Since then, we have continued to meet the high standards set by Which? and we are delighted to still be a Which? Trusted Trader 11 years later.
Over the years, we have also been honoured to win the Which? Trusted Trader of the Month award twice. This award highlights the very best of Which? Trusted Traders across the country. Any approved business can enter, but with the rule that you can only enter once every 12 months, it makes the recognition even more special.
