is a premium manufacturer and installer of traditional wooden windows and doors, designed to complement your period home while improving energy efficiency. We offer a supply and installation service and a wooden window draught proofing service in London and the South of England, with a supply only service across Great Britain.

Beautiful wooden window and doors
Are your windows or doors rotten or letting in the cold weather, resulting in high heating costs? Operating out of our factories in Berkshire, we manufacture and install energy efficient new sash windows, wooden casement windows, external French doors, timber Front doors, Stable doors, Sliding doors and Bi-fold doors.
We also supply and install secondary glazing and new sashes into existing frames (replacing just the moving parts) for timber windows. Our repair services comprise draught sealing and minor repairs.
The majority of our replacement wooden windows and doors are double glazed. However, we can also manufacture single glazed windows and doors, or use our heritage glazing, where standard double glazing is unlikely to be approved (listed buildings and some conservation areas).
We use a timber called Accoya, as standard, which is highly durable and stable. Accoya is a sustainably sourced timber which comes with a 50 year anti-rot guarantee.
All our new windows and doors come fully factory finished and are draught proofed to further improve the soundproofing of the windows and improve the energy efficiency.

CASEMENT WINDOWS
The Sash Window Workshop has a wealth of experience in the manufacture and installation of timber casement windows, both traditional and more modern styles. Our high quality, replacement timber windows are designed to add charm and character and be in keeping with your home.
EXTERNAL TIMBER DOORS
Designed to be in keeping with your home, our wooden doors are made to order by our craftsmen to individual designs, agreed with you before manufacture.
If required, we can exactly match the detail of any existing bi-fold door, French door, back door or timber front door.
