4 steps to new Timber Windows and Doors
Traditional timber windows and doors weren’t built to modern standards — which means no two are ever the same. That’s why we take extraordinary care at every stage, from expert survey to final installation. Our four-step process ensures each window and door is precision-crafted to fit your home perfectly, combining timeless aesthetics with lasting performance. You’ll be in good hands.
1. Understanding your requirements
It starts with a conversation. Once we receive your enquiry, our team notes your requirements and assigns an experienced surveyor to arrange a free, no-obligation site visit. They’ll listen carefully, answer your questions, and provide a tailored quotation — valid for 30 days.

2. Getting the details right
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll arrange a detailed site survey within 14 days. Our expert surveyor will take precise measurements and review your specifications to ensure everything is tailored to your home. They’ll also offer advice on technical and aesthetic details to make sure your windows and doors provide you with the design, security and performance you need.
3. Precision craftmanship
Once your survey is complete, we begin crafting your bespoke timber windows and doors. Production typically takes 10–12 weeks. During this time, we’ll keep you updated and coordinate any installation logistics — from scaffolding to access — so everything’s ready for a smooth fit.
4. Expert installation
Our skilled installers treat your home with care. They work efficiently, keep things tidy, and aim to minimise disruption. Installation times vary, but we’ll confirm dates in advance and ensure everything’s in place — from access to safety — for a smooth, professional fit.
your satisfaction
We aim to have a manager or surveyor visit every installation — either during or shortly after completion — to ensure everything meets our high standards. If you’re available, our fitter will walk you through the finished work to confirm you’re happy. You’ll receive a customer satisfaction form and your warranty details by email, and our installation team will follow up within three days to make sure everything is in order.

Our Window and Door Guarantee and Warranty
Our aim is to ensure that our outstanding product and service represent excellent value for money. As such, our new Accoya and hardwood timber windows and doors come with a 20-year guarantee, in addition to the 50-year anti-rot guarantee if the windows and doors are made in Accoya, our preferred wood.
We also offer a paint guarantee of up to 8 years, depending on the finish, provided that the windows are regularly maintained as per our maintenance guidelines.
