Replacing and Repairing Timber Windows and Doors
Traditional timber windows and doors were not manufactured to accepted standards as they are today. Consequently, every window or door that we repair or manufacture is different, meaning that we have to pay extraordinary attention to detail.
SALES AND SURVEY
When you make your initial enquiry, a member of the office sales team will make a note of your requirements, contact details and the address where the work is being carried out.
Your enquiry will then be assigned to one of our experienced salesmen who will be in touch within one to two working days to arrange a free, no obligation quotation and site survey at a time that suits you.
When your assigned salesman visits the property they will be able to answer any questions you may have about restoring or replacing your timber windows and doors. All our salesmen understand the importance of listening to your needs to help you choose the right solution to meet your requirements.
Following the visit, the salesman will provide you with a quotation which is valid for 30 days. If you wish to proceed with the quotation, you will need to send the signed paperwork to us with the deposit.

Your Window is Hand Crafted
Once your survey has been completed and cross checked, the order is placed into production and manufacture commences. This process normally takes 8 to 10 weeks, but please check with your sales surveyor for information on our current lead times.
We will keep you updated on our progress and at the same time we will arrange any special installation requirements so we are fully prepared for fitting. We will liaise with you over details such as: scaffolding, parking permits, access to the property, as well as any health and safety requirements.
Completion and After Sales
We aim to send a manager or surveyor to every installation that we carry out, either during or after the work has completed.
On completion, if you are available, our fitter will walk around with you to ensure you are happy. You will have the opportunity to complete a customer satisfaction form, which you will be sent by email, along with the warranty details. You will also be contacted by our installation management team within three days of completion to ensure everything is in order.

Guarantee and Warranty
Our aim is to ensure that our outstanding product and service represents excellent value for money. As such, our new Accoya and hardwood timber windows and doors come with a 20 year guarantee, in addition to the 50 year anti-rot guarantee if the windows and doors are made in Accoya, our preferred wood. We also offer a paint guarantee of up to 8 years, depending on the finish, provided that the windows are regularly maintained as per our maintenance guidelines.
