Sales and Survey Visits

When you make your initial enquiry, a member of the office sales team will make a note of your requirements, contact details and the address where the work is being carried out.

Your enquiry will then be assigned to one of our experienced salesmen who will be in touch within one to two working days to arrange a free, no obligation quotation and site survey at a time that suits you.

When your assigned salesman visits the property they will be able to answer any questions you may have about restoring or replacing your timber windows and doors. All our salesmen understand the importance of listening to your needs to help you choose the right solution to meet your requirements.

Following the visit, the salesman will provide you with a quotation which is valid for 30 days. If you wish to proceed with the quotation, you will need to send the signed paperwork to us with the deposit.
