We are delighted to announce that we have won Which? Trusted Trader of the Month.
The Which? Trusted Trader of the Month award is a prestigious award which requires companies to go the extra mile, competing with other Which? Trusted Traders to demonstrate that they provide excellent customer service and products. Any charity work, sustainability, or work to help the local community is also taken into account.
The applications are judged against Which? Trusted Trader’s strict requirements and then assessed by independent judges who benchmark the application against Which?’s core values and score them out of a maximum of 30 marks.
Our application for the March 2023 Which? Trusted Trader of the Month received a fantastic score of 28 out of 30, with one of the judges commenting:
“Quality and customer service is clearly important to them. Really love their focus on sustainability, this really stood out for me.”
Being a Which? Trusted Trader is very important to us, as it stands out from other accreditations. The assessment to qualify as a Which? Trusted Trader is very rigorous and requires time and effort to prove that a company is performing at a high enough level to be endorsed by the scheme.
This is the second time we have won the award, having previously won in November 2021. With companies only able to win once every 12 months, we are proud that our achievement demonstrates our consistently high-quality product and customer service.
Winning the Which? Trusted Trader of the Month Award
Upon finding out that we had won the award, Richard Dollar, Managing Director at The Sash Window Workshop, commented:

Around half our orders every year come from existing customers and recommendations. We believe that this bears testimony to our excellent customer service and high quality, traditional timber windows and doors we produce and install.
