As Covid restrictions begin to ease, and we reflect on the past couple of years, we are proud to have continued manufacturing and installing timber windows and doors through what has been a challenging time for all businesses.
Since we restarted installations in May 2020, we have gone from strength to strength, resulting in our most successful year ever in 2021. With an increased demand for our windows and doors, we are glad to have been able to continue fulfilling the orders we have received.
As the restrictions now start to relax, we would like to reassure our customers that all our employees continue to take lateral flow tests regularly and we use all necessary PPE to keep both our employees and our customers safe.
The measures that we have taken over the last 20 months have helped to keep the spread of Covid very low throughout the business and we are confident that the actions that we continue to take will help keep our colleagues and customers safe going forward.
We have always believed in the importance of not only providing a high-quality product but also providing excellent customer service, highlighted by the fact that roughly half our orders every year come from recommendations or existing customers.
To provide an excellent customer service, you can be assured that, we will always continue to manufacture and install our timber windows and doors for our customers. This includes working through all weather, come rain or shine (or even heavy snow!).
Looking ahead to the rest of 2022, we are hopeful that the future is now looking a lot brighter. As things hopefully start to return to more normality over the coming months, we look forward to continuing to provide our customers with beautiful timber windows and doors, crafted to complement their home.
In the meantime, if you are due to have work carried out and you cannot have us at your home for any Covid related reason, please let us know as soon as possible.
If any of the guidelines change, we will of course revisit this and make any required adjustments.
