The enterprise resource management system tracks the progress of your customer journey with us from when your enquiry is submitted to us through to when the installation has been completed.

By providing our craftsmen access to view this information on monitor screens throughout the workshop, they can easily obtain the latest, most up-to-date information on the requirements for your order by scanning the appropriate bar code.

This not only eliminates the need for paper copies, reducing our effect on the environment, but also helps improve the efficiency of our workshop, helping improve customer satisfaction.
