We are proud to announce that The Sash Window Workshop has been shortlisted for this year’s Manufacturer MX Awards for Customer Focus.
The competition has been exceptionally tough this year, with a 23% increase in the number of entries compared to last year’s programme. With only seven companies being shortlisted for the Customer Focus award, the competition to be shortlisted is extremely competitive.
The Manufacturer MX Awards are open to all manufacturing companies within the UK and recognise exceptional manufacturing companies who are achieving great things in all aspects of their businesses.
The Customer Focus award rewards the company who can best demonstrate how its customer strategy has contributed to: increased growth or market share; optimised innovation; improved operational excellence; and enhanced customer delivery and engagement. Judges look for evidence of how customer satisfaction is measured and the robustness of the quality system that supports the business.

The next stage of the award will involve a site visit by members of the judging panel in September. This will then be followed by an award ceremony in November, where the winner will be announced.
