Please find below our latest update regarding business at The Sash Window Workshop in light of the Coronavirus outbreak.
At The Sash Window Workshop we are proud to have always invested heavily in the appropriate training and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required to enable our employees to safely carry out their work.
At The Sash Window Workshop the safety of our colleagues and customers is paramount. We are complying with the latest government guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19 and all employees have received a copy of the company’s updated risk assessment regarding safe working on company premises and in customers’ homes. If any of our customers should wish to see a copy of the risk assessment, please contact us at: info@sashwindow.com.

We are glad to be able to announce that, as of Monday 27th April, we started to re-open our manufacturing facilities, having made the necessary adjustments required to ensure that employees are always working at least 2 metres apart, have the necessary PPE and most importantly are kept safe.
As of Monday, 11th May, we have also restarted limited installations in customers’ homes, where the customer wishes us to proceed with their work and is happy to adhere to the guidelines.
Despite the challenges that we will all no doubt face, The Sash Window Workshop is strong and we still have sales surveyors available, ready to help with any new enquiries or orders so that we can continue to do what we do best, which is make and fit the finest timber windows and doors.
We hope that all our customers stay safe and well over this difficult time.
