Window Restoration Project, Hertfordshire
The new timber windows helped transform the period property into a beautiful home.
The Sash Window Workshop were contacted in 2017 by Mrs R to carry out work to the timber windows in her period property in Hertfordshire.
Our sales surveyor met with the customer and provided them with a quotation which was a mixture of complete new windows and installing new sashes into the existing frames, depending on what was required for each window.
The customer decided to proceed in two separate orders, with work initially being carried out in the kitchen and dining room in November 2017.
After the initial work was complete, the customer was very happy and decided to place an order for the remaining windows to be manufactured and installed by The Sash Window Workshop in March 2018.
In 2020, we were then contacted again by the customer to replace two timber doors at the property. These were then manufactured and installed the same year.
