Established in 1994, The Sash Window Workshop has 30 years experience specialising in traditional wooden windows and doors. Our windows and doors are designed to complement your home while improving energy efficiency.
We offer supply and installation and draught proofing services in London and Southern England, with supply only for new joinery nationwide.

Beautiful, Accoya wooden window and doors
Are your windows or doors rotten or letting in the cold weather, resulting in high heating costs? We manufacture energy efficient new sash windows, wooden casement windows, external French doors, timber Front doors, Stable doors, Sliding doors and Bi-fold doors at our workshops in Berkshire.
We also supply and install secondary glazing and new sashes into existing frames (replacing just the moving parts) for timber windows. Our repair services comprise draught sealing and minor repairs.
The majority of our replacement wooden windows and doors are double glazed. However, we can also manufacture single glazed windows and doors, or use our heritage glazing, when required for listed buildings and some conservation areas.
We use a timber called Accoya, which is highly durable and stable. Accoya is a sustainably sourced timber which comes with a 50 year anti-rot guarantee.
All our new windows and doors come fully factory finished and draught proofed to help improve the soundproofing and energy efficiency.

SASH WINDOWS
Our beautiful new wooden box sash windows and bay sash windows are manufactured at our workshop by our experienced team of tradesmen.
They are designed to improve energy efficiency, while retaining the character and charm of your period home. Our sliding sash windows come with extensive guarantees. This includes a 50 year anti-rot guarantee for Accoya sash windows.
We offer an installation service across London and Southern England.
CASEMENT WINDOWS
We have extensive experience manufacturing and installing traditional timber casement windows in period properties.
Our high quality, replacement timber casement windows are designed to be energy efficient, while retaining the traditional charm and character of your home.
We use Accoya wood for our casement windows, which comes with a 50 year anti-rot guarantee.
EXTERNAL TIMBER DOORS
We have extensive experience manufacturing and installing timber front doors, external French doors, stable doors, bi-fold doors, and sliding doors.
Designed to be in keeping with your home, our external wooden doors are all bespoke. If they are manufactured in Accoya, our preferred timber, they come with a 50 year anti-rot guarantee.
When required, we can exactly match the detail of any existing timber door.
