At TSWW we appreciate how important it is for you to know just who you will be meeting and who will be responsible for managing your order at each stage of the process. Here are some of our people who make up our amazing team.

KAREN TIREBUCK

ORDER ADMINISTRATOR

Karen is responsible for day-to-day order administration. Karen, or one of her team, logs your order and checks the fine detail before passing it on to the manufacturing department. Everything about your order is bespoke; no two orders are the same so it is critical that the details are correct from the outset. Karen speaks to at least thirty of our customers each day so it is fortunate that she has an amazing memory and an eye for detail. If you have any sales related or general enquiries, Karen is a good person to call. Karen has worked at TSWW since September 2008 and is an avid tennis player!

ATTILA KANYAI

INSTALLATION

Attila is part of our friendly installation team. His day starts before sunrise where he travels to our Berkshire workshop to collect his materials and job detail for the day ahead. It is his responsibility to refurbish or install your new windows. Attila is one of fifteen installers who are employed directly by SWW. Each installer is a skilled carpenter who works to extremely high standards. That is why TSWW are able to offer industry-leading guarantees on our products. Attila and his colleagues go out of their way to ensure that the installation or renovation project is delivered with the minimum of disruption and that the work areas are left spotless on completion. Attila and his colleagues take great pride in the fact that 95% of SWW customers give an excellent satisfaction rating. Attila is from Hungary and has worked for TSWW since 2007. Customers say of Attila "He is a joy to have around and is clearly a man who loves his work and we will miss him."

Milan Gerec

MANUFACTURING SURVEYOR

Milan has worked with The Sash Window Workshop in both the Installation and Survey departments. It is his responsibility to ensure that your new replacement timber windows or doors are made to the exact specification chosen. There is not anything this man does not know about windows, and he is meticulous about measurement. He will visit the site to double check the work of our sales surveyors, and come up with highly detailed drawings that will be used by our joiners to create your bespoke timber sash and casement windows and doors.

DAVE O'BRIEN

JOINER

Dave is a qualified joiner with many years of experience. Dave has worked for TSWW for sixteen years and supervises our workshop. His standards are very high! Nothing leaves our workshop without being carefully checked. This ensures you receive your new windows/doors in immaculate, pristine condition with all the attention to detail, care and craftsmanship that we insist on. If we put our name to a window or door it has to be perfect. Dave may sound slightly scary but if you meet him you will find he always has a smile on his face. Some of us think this is because he has found his dream job, making the best windows in the world!
